hybrid 1.0 program

The HYBRID 1.0 Program is a 12-week fitness plan featuring four weekly workouts (lower heavy, upper, lower light, whole body) and one run, aiming to improve fitness and endurance to run a 5k in under 30 minutes. Participants access the Ana Katic Fitness App's extensive exercise and recipe libraries, along with FREE guides on nutrition, reverse dieting, pre and post-natal fitness, and gut health.

Express program

The Express program is a 12-week strength and hypertrophy program designed to build muscle and strength through three 4-week training phases. Participants receive full access to the app, which includes over 800 macro-friendly recipes, a nutrition guide, educational content, and a supportive community. The program can be followed in a calorie deficit, maintenance, or surplus. Track progress, customize meals, and start training on the coming Monday.
