This is a hypertrophy program for anyone training 3x per week and also doing cardio!
- the main goal of this program is to build muscle
- training split is 3 x per week
- 3 x per week whole-body training split
- you can follow this program in a calorie deficit or a calorie surplus
- you will receive a new training phase every 4 weeks
- equipment required: free weights and machines
*No meal plan is included, you will receive the flexible dieting guide and learn about macros and flexible dieting.

The program starts the next Monday, the sessions are booked in the calendar but you can re-adjust the sessions to fit your schedule ( you will also receive links to the google sheets program ).
